H-8501AB Silicone hot geling
H-8501ABIt is a two-component plus-molding liquid silicone rubber glue that heats up and cures quickly, and has good adhesion to various substrates after curing. The compound has good flow and branching properties before curing; After curing, it has excellent electrical insulation and is used for silicone bonding silicone (silicone tube, silicone strip adhesion), insulation, moisture-proof, shock-absorbing sealing or bonding of various electronic components.
Typical properties of Youlite brand silicone adhesive silicone hot adhesive water H-8501AB:
Before solidification:
1, mixed viscosity (25°C), Ρa.s: 1000
2, specific gravity, g/cm³: 1.10
3, operating time (25°C), h: 7.0
4, curing time (80°C), min.: 30-60
After curing:
1, tensile strength, Mpa: 4.0
2, hardness, Shores A: 45±5
3, relative elongation, %450
4Adhesion: ≥2.0 (A1-A1, cohesive failure)
5, volume resistance, Ω • cm: 1×10
6, dielectric strength, KV/mm: 20
How to use Ulite brand glue H-8501:
1.1 Use ratio: A:B=1:1 (weight ratio);
1.2 Weigh the material proportionally and mix evenly;
1.3Degassing the well-mixed glue mixture under vacuum is depressurized, and then the glue is poured or applied to the place to be sealed or bonded;
1.4 After heating at 180°C for 10-15 seconds, it solidifies into silica gel.
Notes:
Glue should be stored tightly;
At a certain temperature, the curing time is related to the size of the potting part and the heat transfer efficiency of the environment.
In the process of vulcanization, it is strictly forbidden to come into contact with compounds containing sulfur, tin, arsenic, phosphorus, nitrogen, and lead, otherwise it will cause poor curing of the glue, so the compatibility test between silicone rubber and the substrate should be carried out before use.
