One. characteristic:H—8971It is a one-component silicone rubber with metal and nylon. ABS. PC. PVC plastic hot press molding treatment agent. It is a high-temperature curing type, with high final strength after curing, and the film is flexible, water-resistant, medium-resistant, and aging-resistant. After gluing, it has a long adhesive time.

Four. How to use:
1.First remove oil and dust from the adhered surface with toluene or ester solvent (shake well when using).
2.After the solvent is evaporated, apply an adhesive evenly on the surface of the metal to be bonded.
3.After the solvent is completely evaporated (about 20 minutes at 25°C), or baked in the oven at 50°C for 5~10 minutes until the adhesive on the surface to be glued solidifies into a film. (If the baking temperature is too low or the heat transfer is poor, the baking time can also be appropriately extended)
4.Take out the workpiece and cool it to room temperature, and the silicone rubber with the end vulcanized will be bonded to it, and the glued product can be left for 3 days.
5.The laminated compaction parts are put into the model for hot pressing, and the vulcanization temperature should be within 200°C.
