Onecharacteristic：H—A117It is a one-component silicone rubber with metal and nylon. ABS. PC. PVC plastic hot press molding treatment agent. It is a high-temperature curing type, with high final strength after curing, and the film is flexible, water-resistant, medium-resistant, and aging-resistant. After gluing, it has a long adhesive time.

Twouse：Suitable for peroxide type silicone (silicone watch strap) and metal (stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc.nylon.PET, ABS). PC. Thermal vulcanization bonding of PVC plastics。 

ThreeTechnical indicators：

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Non-volatile content %: 5

Main ingredients: 120# solvent oil 80%

Modified dimethicone 5-10%

Silane Coupling Agent 5-10%

FourHow to use:：

1.First remove oil and dust from the adhered surface with toluene or ester solvent (shake well when using).

2.After the solvent is evaporated, apply a layer of adhesive evenly on the surface of plastic, glass and metal to be bonded.

3.After the solvent is completely evaporated (about 20 minutes or more at 25°C), or baked in the oven at 70°C for 5~1 minute for low-temperature platinum vulcanizing agent silicone) H-A117 is baked in the oven at 75°C for 15~30 minutes (adhesive nickel plating needs to be 180°C for 20-30 minutes) until the adhesive on the surface to be bonded solidifies into a film. (If the baking temperature is too low or the heat transfer is poor, the baking time can also be appropriately extended)

4.Take out the workpiece and cool it to room temperature, and the silicone rubber with the end vulcanized will be bonded to it, and the glued product can be left for 3 days.

5.The laminated compaction parts are put into the model for hot pressing, and the vulcanization temperature should be within 200°C.
