H-G75B  Silicone adhesive metal glue

H-G75BIt is a one-component liquid silicone rubber treatment agent, which is often used in liquid A/B silicone and ordinary silicone high-temperature adhesive metal, silicone adhesive nylon + fiber, silicone adhesive glass and other materials treatment agent, promoting the firm adhesion of silicone to other materials and achieving the effect of not being scraped off with a knife.

1. Operation method

1First, use toluene or ester solvents to remove oil and dust on the surface of metal or plastic adhesive;

2Apply H-G75B treatment evenly to the interface to be bonded on the metal or plastic surface

3Dry at room temperature (about 60 minutes at 25°C), or bake in the oven at 50~80°C for 25 minutes until the treatment agent on the surface to be glued solidifies into a film. (If the baking temperature is too low or the heat transfer is poor, the baking time can also be appropriately extended)

4After the above three steps, it is directly vulcanized with silicone (it is best to use the glued product on the same day).

Note: If the poured treatment agent is not used up, do not pour it back into the original bottle, just seal it in another clean bottle and store it.

2. Packaging and storage

1.3kg/drum, 12kg/case.

2.This product is best stored in the refrigerator at a low temperature below 25°C, and the effective storage and shelf life is six months.
