What glue is used for silicone High temperature resistant silicone glueH-G700Silicone adhesive silicone special glueH-G700 Cold Adhesive Silicone Strip Glue ~ Soft Silicone Glue ~ High Temperature Resistant Silicone Glue ~ Special Glue for Bonding Silicone Circles RTV Silicone Glue at room temperature, direct bonding, no primer treatment, but it needs 24 hours of bonding stability
H-G700Silicone glueIt is RTV one-component room temperature cured silicone glue, transparent semi-fluid, bonded silicone material, belongs to the slow-drying type, the glue has no initial stickiness, so the operation needs to be equipped with device assisted positioning, half an hour preliminary fixation, complete curing takes 24 hours, this glue, after the curing of the bonded silicone, is as soft as the silicone itself, elastic, waterproof, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, tensile resistance, impact and shock resistance. This glue can withstand temperatures of more than 200 degrees and has a relatively long operating time, making it suitable for large-area product bonding.
H-G700Special glue for silicone ringsCorrect usage:
1. Clean the surface: clean the surface of the adhesive or coated object to remove rust, dust and oil.
2. Sizing: Unscrew the hose cap and squeeze the glue to the surface of the cleaned adhesive material, spread it out to divide it evenlycloth, after 1~2 minutes at room temperature, it will be closed and fixed by the adhesive surface. Pay attention to the glue application should be uniform and sufficient, and the extruded glue should be completed within 2 minutes.
3. Curing: Put the coated or bonded parts in the air and let them cure naturally at room temperature, if the product rebounds and warps, it should be positioned with a fixture, and after 30 minutes of positioning, remove the fixture to make the parts cure naturally at room temperature. The surface drying and curing speed depends on the relative humidity and temperature of the environment in which the part is placed, as well as the thickness of the sizing. Generally, under room temperature conditions of 1mm thickness/25oC/humidity of 50~60%, it can be completely cured after 24 hours.
Special note: If the bonding part is deep, especially in the part that is not easily exposed to air, the time for full curing will be extended; If the temperature is lower, it will also extend the curing time.
